With offices booming across the country, we are now looking to continue our growth by adding talented Multifamily Investment Sales Advisors to our team. This job posting is open for Entry Level through Senior Level candidates. The position is a high commission, 1099 contract position. For the right candidate, we may be open to alternative compensation structures.

Brief description about the position:
MMG (Mid-Markets Group) Real Estate Advisors is in search of multiple candidates from the best and brightest to join our rapidly growing team for a rare opportunity to work in a collaborative brokerage environment specializing in the acquisition/disposition/and strategic advisory for Multi-Family investment properties & development land. We are in search of candidates that join our mission to be laser focused on our clients and providing winning outcomes to meet their Real Estate goals. Ideal candidates will be motivated for success, excited to grow & level up with our growing team, and have an entrepreneurial mindset. This positing is open to Entry Level through Senior Level candidates, and is a high commission, 1099 contract position. For the right candidate, we may be open to alternative compensation structures.

Responsibilities:
• Advising clients on real estate trends, their individualized real estate investment strategies, market economics, re-positioning, and aiding in the determination of executing the precise timing to Dispose of or Acquire Multi-Family Real Estate.

• Sourcing new clients and nurturing existing relationships

• Represent clients through utilizing MMG’s industry best practices to promote real estate investment opportunities and secure advantageous offers

• Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions

• Preparing thoughtful analyses and effectively communication client deliverables, including Broker Opinions of Value (BOV), Offering Memoranda (OM), property comp reports, and market research reports

• Presenting marketing proposals to clients

• Market & advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques & listing platforms

• Manage flow of documentation and communication between client, transaction team, extended team such as service lines, and external co-brokers

• Provide ongoing support with current transactions- including market surveys, proposal reviews and summaries, lease reviews and financial analysis. Also, schedule, coordinate, and lead property tours and appointments

• Continue to monitor local market sales and development activity as a means of continually updating client market awareness

• Staying current on industry trends through utilizing multiple research tools and data sources

• Strengthen and coordinate client management and network relationships

• Attend networking events

Degrees/Licenses designations:
Bachelors Degree Required

Qualifications/Special Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree required. Business, Sales, Real Estate or Finance degrees preferred.

• Active Real Estate License or Willing to obtain Real Estate License

• Strong research and data analysis capabilities

• Positive “can-do” attitude, team-oriented and driven to succeed

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must be an action-oriented, collaborative self-starter who is customer focused

• Will need to travel to property locations within their market, reliable transportation is a requirement.

• Proficiency working on Microsoft Office programs – primarily Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook, bonus if you have experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, or Salesloft.
