Salary:
$86450 - $105000 / year

Bonus and/or Additional Compensation:
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Brief description about the position:
We’re looking for a Senior Investment Analyst to join our Commercial Real Estate Private Debt team. In this role, you’ll provide analytical support to the team in real estate transaction analysis and execution!

Responsibilities:
Assist the production team and perform independent technical analysis within appropriate risk/return parameters on investment opportunities including transactions structures, appraisals, cash flow analysis, lease reviews, financial statement reviews

Effectively communicate conclusions concerning a transaction's investment risk and viability

Provide analytical support for evaluating investment opportunities, using sensitivity analysis, variance analysis, or preliminary valuations. Assist investment professionals with the preparation of necessary supporting documentation

Development and maintenance of a detailed understanding of real estate economics, competitive environments and existing portfolios within assigned markets

Assist in the movement of transactions through the investment process utilizing all available resources while assuring accuracy and timeliness

Maintain a thorough understanding of products, programs and clients needs through available training programs and involvement in ongoing investment activities

Participate in annual portfolio review activities, information accumulation and dissemination for clients, team members and management (i.e. EBA, market activity, etc

Qualifications/Special Skills:
MBA

Success in this position requires the ability to make effective decisions, achieve results without close supervision in a team environment, and to read, interpret, and analyze loan documents.

Ability to work effectively in a deadline driven environment while handling multiple priorities is critical.

Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).

Minimum years of experience required:
You have a Bachelor's degree with a strong background in finance, economics, or business; preferably real estate emphasis You have at least three years work experience in commercial real estate
